Item Description:
The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.
Objective
WiFi Managed Services
Objective of this tender is to procure Wi-Fi as a fully managed service for the EMSA premises in Lisbon, by delivering a dedicated WI-FI infrastructure inclusive of all needed components, which will remain property of the Contractor, and by operating the WI-FI services on top of the provided infrastructure. The Service should include the project design, the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of the proposed infrastructure, as well as the service operations, helpdesk, and support, change management, and security operations.
Three main services are specified as follow:
Service Type 1: Guest Wi-Fi managed services for EMSA premises in Lisbon
Service Type 2: EMSA employee restricted Wi-Fi managed services
Service Type 3: Time-and-means services for support and consultancy in the area of Wi-Fi and cabled networking at EMSA premises.
