Provision of general building maintenance and other required services (Services) including all labour, materials and equipment at the UN International Residual Mechanism For Criminal Tribunals,(IRMCT) Arusha Branch

The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT Arusha Branch) seeks an appropriately qualified contractor to establish a multi-year contract (2 +1+1+1 year) for the provision of building maintenance services.

In summary:

The work shall include the following services:

• Electrical Installations
• Plumbing Services
• Maintenance and repairs of generators
• Welding and Fabrication services
• Masonry and concrete services
• Carpentry and Joinery
• Painting Services
  Etc

All materials and supplies shall be provided by the Contractor .

The full technical requirements will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.

Please note, this is NOT an invitation for submission of Offers. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UN-IRMCT reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time.

Companies interested in being considered for shortlisting for receipt of the UNIRMCT solicitation document are requested to submit a clearly written Expression of Interest therein specifying the company’s profile, as per Vendor Response Form attached hereunder providing

• Address, contact person, active telephone numbers as well as functional e-mail contacts;
• Company’s United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number
• Copies of Business Registration authorizing your Company to operate in Tanzania
• Company’s profile

The interested Companies must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to mict- procurement@un.org to the attention of Mr. Raphael Fariala Shabani before the closing date on 6 April 2020 at 14:00 hrs, Tanzania local time.
