Equipment supply and installation of WWTP expansion and reconstruction

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Shanxi Urban-Rural Water Source Protection and Environmental Demonstration Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract named above for the Purchase of Equipment Supply and Installation of WWTP Expansion and Reconstruction.

The China Capital Tendering Co. Ltd. (the Procurement Agent) authorized by and on behalf of the Zuoquan Housing Security, Urban and Rural Construction and Management Bureau (“the Purchaser”) now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for Purchase of Equipment Supply and Installation of WWTP Expansion and Reconstruction. The delivery period is from 60 to 90 days after signing the contract.

National competitive bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
