Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Directorate General Environment, (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are enclosed in the attached ZIP File.

The purpose of the service contract is for the European Commission to benefit from support and technical knowledge to implement, deepen and develop its international cooperation in the field of integrated water.
