Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or several companies, to sign framework contracts for the supply of hardware items relating to the 4 lots mentioned below, to be supplied as required by the OECD, on purchase orders.
This call for tenders is divided into 4 lots:
- Lot 1: Cylinders lock
- Lot 2: Hardware for electrical work and equipment
- Lot 3: Hardware for plumbing work and equipment
- Lot 4: General hardware
The deadline to submit an offer is Wednesday 3th June 2020, 10am (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE, a décidé de procéder au présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs fournisseurs pour signer des contrats-cadres de fourniture d’articles de quincaillerie relatifs aux 4 lots mentionnés ci-après, à fournir selon les besoins de l’OCDE, sur bons de commandes.
Cet appel d’offres comporte 4 lots :
- Lot 1 : Cylindres sur organigramme
- Lot 2 : Quincaillerie pour travaux et équipements électriques
- Lot 3 : Quincaillerie pour travaux et équipements de plomberie
- Lot 4 : Quincaillerie générale
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au le mercredi 03 juin 2020 à 10h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
