The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for UN City ICT Proactive monitoring, support and consultancy services which address the following objectives:
- Proactive monitoring and support of the Cisco based UN City ICT Infrastructure consisting of network, wired and wireless, and telephony.
- Patch management.
- Capacity measurements.
- Backup and restore.
- Asset management
- Consultancy services
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
