ICT Proactive monitoring, support and consultancy services for the UN city Copenhagen, Denmark

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for UN City ICT Proactive monitoring, support and consultancy services which address the following objectives:

1. Proactive monitoring and support of the Cisco based UN City ICT Infrastructure consisting of network, wired and wireless, and telephony.
2. Patch management.
3. Capacity measurements.
4. Backup and restore.
5. Asset management
6. Consultancy services

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
