Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the supply and delivery of various construction material, on an “as and when required” basis. The requirement includes, but is not limited to, the supply and delivery of aggregates, portland cement, steel, blocks, patio stones, ceramic tiles, slip resistant tiles, adhesive for ceramic tiles, tile joint spacers, tiles joint filer, plaster, kerbs, paving tiles, manhole heavy duty covers, concrete pipes, precast concrete items, PVC pipes, expansion anchor bolts and screws.

The resulting Contract shall be for an initial duration of three (3) years with an option to extend at UNFICYP sole option for a maximum of two additional periods of up to one (1) year each (3+1+1 years). The Contract is anticipated to commence within the fourth quarter of 2020.

The Contractor shall be able to supply and deliver the items following UNFICYP confirmed order, within eight (8) working days to DAP, UNFICYP HQ, Old Nicosia International Airport, United Nations Protected Area, Nicosia, Cyprus (Incoterms 2010). UNFICYP is under no obligation to place an order for any minimum number of quantities.

In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including complete company details and experience profile using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website http://www.unficyp.org.
