Provision of Digital Producer Services

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, invites potential vendors to submit a Letter of Intent to provide digital producer services, hereinafter referred to as “Services”.

Details of the scope of Services are described in the attached Terms of Reference (Appendix 1), including the schedule of fees.

Interested Service Providers must submit the following:

1. Letter of Intent to provide the Services as per the Terms of Reference;
2. Vendor response form (Appendix 2);
3. Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Company Portfolio;
4. Detailed Work Portfolio; and
5. Three (3) professional references

by e-mail to fmorco@adb.org, with copy to iprocurement@adb.org not later than 12 NN (Manila time) on 3 July 2020 to the attention of: Unit Head, Procurement and Contracts Administration Unit with subject line – Letter of Intent – Provision of Digital Producer Services.

IMPORTANT

1. Service Providers will be evaluated based on the set Evaluation Criteria (Appendix 3). The LOI and CV / Company Profile are expected to contain information per the Evaluation Criteria
2. ADB may also schedule interviews and/or test/s for a qualification check with select Service Providers, with details (e.g. Date, Time, and Venue) to be provided via e-mail.
3. ADB will require selected Service Provider/s to enter into and execute a Retainer Contract. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the attached Contract (Appendix 4).

This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. Any cost of preparation of the letter of intent and its corresponding supporting documents shall be borne solely by the bidder. ADB reserves the right to reject any or all letters of intent received.
