Brief description of the required services/supplies

The aim of this Call for Tenders is to procure office furniture and associated services in Luxembourg (Lot 1) and abroad (Lot 2).

The furniture will be used in office buildings occupied by EIB Group.

The furniture will be divided into several families and will include in particular and without being exhaustive (listing applicable to both lots):

• Seating: Office chair, conference chair, guest chair, collaborative chair, sofa, stool, restaurant and cafeteria chair/stool (indoor/outdoor), bench, etc…
• Desk and table: Height adjustable desk, meeting and conference table, bench, side table; restaurant and cafeteria table (indoor/outdoor), accessories (screen support, cable accessories, drawers, power modules) etc…
• Storage: Drawer, pedestal, cabinet, bookcase, shelve, locker, bin etc…
• Acoustic solution: desk panel (privacy screen), modular and mobile partition wall, phone booth, meeting booth, panel, etc…
• Accessories: screen support, cable management, whiteboards, decoration, rug, lamp, integrated plugs, parasol, coat rack etc…
