Item Description:
The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Objective
The purpose of the current tender is the conclusion of two contracts with the same contractor for the provision of maintenance services for the premises of the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) and the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) in Lisbon. The tender is divided into two lots and will result in the award of two separate contracts, one per Lot. The contract (Service Contract) for Lot 1 will be signed between the winning contractor and EMSA. The contract (Service Contract) for Lot 2 will be signed between the winning contractor and EMCDDA.
