Provision of Portable Toilets and Associated Services to UNFICYP

The United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP) intends to conduct a competitive solicitation exercise, for the provision of portable toilets and associated services to UNFICYP.

The Contractor shall perform the island-wide placement of portable toilets (the full sit-down toilet type, with wash basin, not requiring a main water supply connection), within forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of UNFICYP request. The portable toilets shall be routinely cleaned and re-stocked with supplies, such as soap and paper towels, by the Contractor.

Interested vendors shall have three (3) years’ prior experience in the provision of the same services.

The Contractor shall perform services on an ‘as and when’ required basis and the resulting contract shall be for an initial duration of three (3) years with an option to extend at UNFICYP sole option for a maximum of two additional periods of up to one (1) year each (3+1+1 years). The Contract is anticipated to commence on 02 October 2020.

In this regard, UNFICYP would like to identify vendors that would be interested to participate in the competitive solicitation exercise. Qualified vendors are requested to express their interest by providing all relevant information including complete company details and experience profile using the attached Vendor Response Form, also available in our website http://www.unficyp.org. The interest shall be sent to the attention of Ms. Stacey Worthington via email to unficyp-procurement@un.org no later than Monday, 31 August 2020.
