The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in an upcoming solicitation for the establishment of a long-term contract (3+1+1 years) for the “Provision of portable remote automated weather stations and services” to MINUSCA in Bangui, Berberati, Bouar, Bocaranga, Paoua, Bossangoa, Batangafo, Bossembele, Kaga, Ndele, Sibut, Bambari, Alindao, Mobaye, Bangassou, Zemio, Rafai, Obo, Bria and Birao, Central African Republic (CAR).
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
The requirement for the provision of Airport Weather Advisory Systems includes:
– Detailed system and subsystem engineering and design, integration, verification and testing, provision of installation and user instruction manuals and related documentation, on-site user training or factory user installation training, warranty and after sales support i.e. 24/7 Telephone call technical support, periodic maintenance and systems repairs, data transfer to end users, including user friendly web-based application solution as well as spares provisioning for the system on a needs basis.
– The vendor shall have overall responsibility for the provision, testing, training, and commissioning of all equipment and services.
