Construction and completion of Suva Arterial Road Upgrading Project (SARUP 2) Package A

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of the Fiji (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Transport Investment Infrastructure Sector Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Fiji Roads Authority (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of SARUP 2 Package A Contract (“the Works”).

Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
