Item Description:
This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in the UNDB Online on 22 September 2015 and the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website on 22 September 2015.
The Republic of Sudan has received Financing from the African Development Fund in various currencies towards the cost of Building Capacity for Inclusive Service Delivery Project (BCISD). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this grant will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of Desktop Computers and Multi-function Printers.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Development now invites sealed bids from bidders for the supply, installation, training and commissioning relevant to the above-mentioned procurement packaged in two separate lots as shown below.
- Lot 1 – Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Desktop Computers (450 units),
- Lot 2 – Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Multi-function Printers (170 units)
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address below.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Euro € 100 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Goods.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 01:00 PM (Sudan Time) on Wednesday 18 November 2020 and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Euro 8,000 and Euro 1,000 for lot 1 and lot 2 respectively.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 01:00 PM (Sudan Time) on 18 November 2020 at the address below.
