The European Commission, Directorate-General for Energy, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. The specific objectives of this contract are:1) the setting up and operation of a Brussels advisory hub providing technical assistance to municipalities planning a variety of measures to tackle energy poverty in the pursuit of a just and fair transition; and2) further development and maintenance of the Energy Poverty Observatory website as a database for energy poverty indicators and data and the website’s migration to the EUROPA domain.
