The European Commission, Directorate-General for Energy, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The specific objectives of this contract are:1) the setting up and operation of a Brussels advisory hub providing technical assistance to municipalities planning a variety of measures to tackle energy poverty in the pursuit of a just and fair transition; and2) further development and maintenance of the Energy Poverty Observatory website as a database for energy poverty indicators and data and the website’s migration to the EUROPA domain.
