The European Commission, Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. All documents are available in the enclosed ZIP File.

Objective of the contract

The subject of the contract is the supply and delivery of the following supplies: Provision of two (2) Mini Vans And One Backhoe Loader in two (2) lots to the Head Quarter of Litani River Authority, Bshara el Khoury, Beirut, Lebanon, DDP1 , in 210 calendar days from the contract signature date until the issuance date of the provisional acceptance certificate.

The supplies must comply fully with the technical specifications set out in the tender dossier (technical annex) and conform in all respects with the drawings, quantities, models, samples, measurements and other instructions.

None of the supplies must be accompanied by an additional ‘lot’ consisting of spare parts and/or consumables.

Tenderers are not authorised to tender for a variant solution in addition to the present tender.
