Construction of Integrated Storm Water Drain in North Korattur Lake Watershed in Kosasthalaiyar Basin in the extended areas of Greater Chennai Corporation (Package 2 – Outfall 1)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of India has applied financing from Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Urban Flood Management for Chennai Kosasthalaiyar Basin Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Greater Chennai Corporation, Chennai, Tamilnadu (“the Employer”) invites online bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Integrated Storm Water Drain in North Korattur Lake Watershed in Kosasthalaiyar Basin in the extended areas of Greater Chennai Corporation Package 2 – Outfall 1 (“the Works”).

Open Competitive Bidding (National Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
