Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is launching this Call for Tenders for sourcing consultants who will support the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) with its work on climate change adaptation governance (CCAG). This Call for Tenders is divided in four Lots:
- LOT 1 – Senior Strategy and Operations Consultant
- LOT 2 – Official Development Assistance (ODA) Evaluation Consultant
- LOT 3 – Political Economy Expert
- LOT 4 – Coalition Building and Community Engagement Expert
Candidates can respond to one, several or all four lots. Candidates responding to more than one lot shall demonstrate the added value of their proposals.
The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Friday 20 November 2020, 2pm (Paris time)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) lance cet appel d’offres pour sélectionner des consultants qui soutiendront le Comité d’aide au développement (CAD) dans ses travaux sur la gouvernance de l’adaptation au changement climatique (CCAG). Cet appel d’offres est divisé en quatre lots:
- LOT 1 – Consultant principal en stratégie et opérations
- LOT 2 – Consultant en évaluation de l’aide publique au développement (APD)
- LOT 3 – Expert en économie politique
- LOT 4 – Expert en création de coalitions et en engagement communautaire
Les candidats peuvent répondre à un, plusieurs ou quatre lots. Les candidats qui répondent à plusieurs lots doivent démontrer la valeur ajoutée de leurs propositions.
La date limite de réception des offres est le vendredi 20 novembre 2020 à 14 heures (heure de Paris).
L’Organisation utilisera son portail e-Sourcing « Bravo Solution » afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés devront s’inscrire sur le portail en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et aux annexes.
