Item Description:
The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) has a requirement for the provision of Editing and proofreading, and Rapporteur services.
The objective of this call for expressions of interest is to set up a list of pre-selected candidates.
Expressions of interest should be submitted in one of the official languages of the European Union by electronic means at the following address: cei@ecdc.europa.eu.
Inclusion on the list entails no obligation on the part of ECDC concerning the conclusion of contracts.
Information and documents to be provided
Interested candidates should provide the following information and documents:
- Sub-list(s) they are interested in, please indicate in the subject of your email: ECDC_CEI_SUBLIST[1 or 2 or 3]_NAME_SURNAME
- Supporting evidence related to selection criteria (see point 12)
- “Financial identification” form (Financial identification form)
- “Legal entity” form (Legal entity form)
- “Declaration of honour on exclusion and selection criteria” form (Declaration on honour).
- Authorised signatory form (Authorised signatory form)
Where the candidate has already signed another contract with ECDC, they may provide a copy of the legal entity and bank account file provided on that occasion, unless a change has occurred in the meantime.
