Provision of Mobile Telephone Services and devices in Voice and Data Networks to United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia

The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is looking for expressions of interests for the provision of mobile telephone services in voice and data networks, and Mobile telephone devices for the United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia. The requirement is as follows:

• Provide an optimal cellular telephony service with the following minimum features:
  • Estimated quantity of lines: 500. There might be an increase or decrease depending on mission’s requirements.
  • A minimum checked coverage of 90% of the listed zones in accordance to section 4C (Table 2) of the SOW.
  • Network: 3G/4G/4.5G LTE
  • Type: Cellular/Mobile Network
  • Service minimum features: Unlimited free calls to any national carrier and unlimited data; free text messages to all carriers; long distance calls and roaming with preferential rates and/or for free; free devices; free technical support; apps with unlimited services such as e-mail, Waze, etc.
• Roaming services.
• Have voice and data plans to all destinations with special rates (international roaming) and with the option to change the plan at any moment as required, either for a higher or lower value.
• Details of a yearly package for the acquisition of mobile telephone devices at no cost to the organization should be included in the proposal.
• Provide a catalogue with different ranges of Mobile telephone devices that can be acquired by the mission at any moment of the contract at no cost with the package included and/or with preferential rates.
