Provision of Educational Services to Review and Enhance Assessments in EASO Training Modules

Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose

The main purpose of this contract is to provide EASO with assistance in reviewing and revising, as well as designing and developing, the assessments that are used in training modules within the EASO Training Curriculum. This will ensure that they effectively assess the Module Learning Outcomes. Those shall be aligned with the European Sectoral Qualifications Framework (ESQF) for Asylum and Reception Officials at the relevant level.

The services provided by the Contractor shall be of a high-standard and ensure that an engaging range of assessment techniques are used, which take into account the varied nature of asylum and reception officials’ roles. The outcome of the contract, i.e. a robust range of ESQF-aligned assessments across all Training Curriculum modules, will assist EASO in enhancing its compliance with the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area 2015 (ESG 2015), described in section 1.2 of the attached Technical Specifications.
