Design and Production of two sets of Welding Equipment including delivery to IAEA Seibersdorf, installation and training as per attachments.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: All statements found in the Statement of Work starting with ‘shall’ are required to met in full for a successful proposal. Ensure that your Proposal clearly and logically addresses each individual requirement.
CONTACTING THE IAEA: Except in the case of responding to a request from the IAEA for clarification of a Proposal, no Bidder shall contact the IAEA on any matter relating to its Proposal, from the
time the Proposal is opened until the written notification of contract award to a successful
Bidder. Any effort by a Bidder to influence the IAEA in its evaluation process or in its contract
award decision shall result in the rejection of the Bidder’s Proposal. Information relating to the examination, clarification, evaluation, contract negotiations and award shall not be disclosed to the Bidders or to any other persons not officially concerned with such process.
