The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested companies / bodies for Provision of Construction Works of airstrip, taxiway, apron for aircraft, watch towers & site for rain water evacuation in Kidal Airport. The specifications of the requirement will be provided in the bidding documents.
This REOI does not constitute a solicitation, MINUSMA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your firm will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
In responding to this Request for Expressions of Interest, you are required to submit the following documentation by the given deadline:
- Completed vendor response Form attached to this REOI
- Company Profile
- Certificate of incorporation or License/agreement proving that the Bidders have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering / Construction works.
- Two (02) Evidences of completion of similar Works: letters of reference along with their valid Contracts (guard page and signature page) for the relative current/previous projects or Works completion certificate to demonstrate past experience in similar scope and complexity in the last five (5) years.
NB: The registration at Level 1 or 2 of UNGM is highly recommanded.
Expressions of Interest containing the information and documents referred to immediately above should be sent to MINUSMA-Procurement@un.org for the attention of Sidi Sissoko before the closing date on 27 January 2021 at 00:00 AM (Midnight). MINUSMA reserves the right to reject expressions of interest that are incomplete, incorrect or are received after the stated deadline.

La Mission Multidimensionnelle intégrée des Nations Unies pour la Stabilisation au Mali (MINUSMA) sollicite des manifestations d’intérêt de la part des sociétés / organismes intéressés pour la Fourniture de travaux de construction de piste d’atterrissage, de voie de circulation, d’aire de trafic pour les aéronefs, de tours de surveillance et de site pour l’évacuation des eaux pluviales à l’aéroport de Kidal. Les spécifications seront fournies dans les dossiers d’appel d’offres.
Ce REOI ne constitue pas une sollicitation, la MINUSMA se réserve le droit de modifier ou d’annuler les exigences à tout moment pendant la procédure d’EOI et / ou de sollicitation. Ainsi, la soumission d’une réponse à ce REOI ne garantit pas automatiquement que votre entreprise sera considérée pour la réception de la sollicitation lorsqu’elle sera émise.
En répondant à cette demande d’expression d’intérêt, vous devez soumettre les documents suivants avant la date limite indiquée:
- Le Formulaire d’avis de manifestation renseigné
- Une Présentation de la Compagnie
- La copie de l’enregistrement au Registre du Commerce et de la Concurrence ou institution équivalente compétente d’un autre pays ou la copie de l’agrément prouvant que l’entreprise a une expérience minimum de cinq ans dans le domaine du Génie civil et de la Construction.
- Deux preuves de réalisation de travaux de portée et complexité similaires : Lettres de références accompagnées des copies des contrats (page de garde et page de signature) ou certificats de bonne exécution des travaux.
NB : L’enregistrement au niveau 1 ou 2 de UNGM est fortement recommandée.
Les manifestations d’intérêt contenant les informations et les documents mentionnés ci-dessus doivent être envoyées à MINUSMA-Procurement@un.org à l’attention de Sidi Sissoko avant la date de clôture le 27 January 2021 à 00 : 00 AM (Minuit). La MINUSMA se réserve le droit de rejeter les manifestations d’intérêt incomplètes, incorrectes ou reçues après la date limite indiquée.
