The World Health Organization is updating its database with qualified suppliers. Please find attached Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for qualifying suppliers of Medicines, Medical Equipment, Medical Consumable Supplies and Lab reagents, essential supplies.

Please read the attached EOI and Annex A – UN Supplier Code of Conduct, Annex B – Self-declaration form and Annex C- EOI Checklist with special attention to the requirements and respond with your all requirements in a Hard Copy as per EOI requirements before the Closing Date(10 March 2021. 

This EOI is only intended for Local Suppliers based in Afghanistan

At the time of delivering the offers: 

As a new requirement in UNOCA compound, the suppliers are required to send the information of their representative (Name and Tazkira Number) one day before visiting the UNOCA compound to ensure security approval is obtained and allow for entering the reception area to submit the envelope.
