Supply of Oxygen Therapy Equipment

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for supplying Oxygen Therapy Equipment to the WHO which address the following objectives:

1. Expand WHO’s access to potential suppliers for ad-hoc or long-term agreements;
2. Support national and global efforts of increasing access to affordable Oxygen Therapy Equipment products that are in compliance to required safety and quality specifications;
3. Demonstrate efficient and sizeable production capacity, that can support WHO in future health emergencies;
4. Prove to have a certified quality and risk management system in place;
5. Demonstrate strong willingness to establish long-term partnership with WHO.

WHO is interested in identifying manufacturers of at least one of the following product categories:

• Oxygen Concentrator
• Pulse Oximeter (fingertip)
• Pulse Oximeter (tabletop)
• Pulse Oximeter (handheld)
• Nasal oxygen cannula with prongs
• Mask with Reservoir Bag
• Venturi Mask
• Non-Heated Bubble Humidifier

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
