Software reseller services

The United Nations Procurement Division invites responses to this Expression of Interest (EOI) from vendors with demonstrated technical qualifications in the provision of software reseller services and support.

The UN expects potential software resellers to have extensive range of software (such as Acca, Acuity, Acunetix, AdminStudio, Articulate, AutoCAD, BrowserStack, Crealogix, Erdas, Eviews, FLIR, Forcepoint, Intermapper, Lansweeper, Magnet, ManageEngine/ADAudit, Matlab, Metasploit, Micro Focus HPE, Red Hat, Sales Force, Sencha, Sharegate, Singlewire SW, Solarwinds, SPDocKit, SPSS, Telerik, Tenable Nessus, X-Ways) and support services, with partnerships with key software publishers.

Interested vendors, with demonstrated qualifications (see below criteria), are requested to respond to this EOI;

• The ability to provide extensive range of software licenses and related services (e.g. see list of software publishers above);
• Authorized to resell software licenses in all countries where the United Nations has physical presence;
• Reseller should be able to act as liaison between the United Nations and individual software publishers in identifying best approaches and cost savings opportunities for the United Nations.
• Reseller shall have in place a product license inventory and asset management system, which will include an accurate inventory record of product licenses purchased.
• Reseller must also have the capability tracking maintenance renewal and other significant due dates.
