Software Bundling Services – Multi year agreement

Item Description:

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC), will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the provision of Software Bundling Services. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

Objectives: 

ICC seeks to identify a vendor or vendors who can provide support, maintenance and/or subscription services for as many applications as possible.

ICC currently has more than 46 software packages in its application landscape. Support and maintenance for these applications is acquired through different vendors and covers different periods of time. In addition, acquisition of new licenses for existing software packages is performed through a competitive exercise, and as the result might be assigned to different vendors.

Solution high level requirements:

ICC is looking to acquire a solution to contract management that will meet the following high level requirements:

• The duration of the contract is 3 years. The dates of existing contracts do not align, and expirations dates vary from 2019 to 2020. The vendor is expected to be able to take over the support and maintenance contract from expiration date and provide pro-rated pricing for the year 2019/20.
• Annual increase of new licenses and/or subscriptions is estimated to be less than 5%. At the end of every year ICC might choose to cancel maintenance and support for certain packages
• ICC seeks to identify a vendor who can provide support, maintenance and/or subscription services for as many applications as possible.
• Vendor is expected to provide fixed annual pricing for new licenses for existing applications.
• ICC expects the successful vendor to provide a fix margin over the GPL price for applications.
• Annual invoicing only

The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Quotation document that will be sent to the qualified vendors who respond to this EOI.
