Production of Audiovisuals, Mobile Applications, Electronic Publications based on HTML and Applications Based on Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) Technologies

Item Description:

The European Commission, Publications Office of the European Union, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of the call for tenders

The purpose of the call for tenders is the selection of up to five (5) economic operators per lot for:

• Lot 1: Production of audiovisual publications: analysis, design, production, postproduction, maintenance and assistance in publishing of audiovisual publications;
• Lot 2: Production of mobile applications: analysis, design, production, maintenance and assistance in publishing of mobile applications;
• Lot 3: Production of electronic publications based on HTML: analysis, design, production, maintenance and assistance in publishing of electronic publications based on HTML;
• Lot 4: Production of applications based on Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies: analysis, design, production, maintenance and assistance in publishing of applications based on VR and AR technologies.
