The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The People’s Republic of China has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of Jiangxi Pingxiang Integrated Rural-Urban Infrastructure Development Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The CITIC International Tendering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Procurement Agent”), authorized by and on behalf of Luxi County City Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd. (the “Employer”) invites sealed bids from all eligible Bidders for the Tankou and Xinhua Rivers Dam Supply and Installation.
