The European Patent Organisation (EPO) has a requirement for the Provision of technical consultancy advice and support in the area of IT within a Framework Agreement, e.g. specific technology decision support, best practices advice on the creation or improvement of an application or set of applications, best practices advice on the improvement of infrastructure and continuous integration/delivery setup, practical support for defining the scope of work for request for offers and/or technical conditions for procurements in the IT area, independent review of existing or intended application designs or codes, independent review of existing or intended infrastructure designs.
