Invitation for Bids

India has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Demand Side Energy Efficiency Sector Project Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. No nationality restrictions apply.

The Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) (the “Purchaser”) invites online Bids from eligible Bidders for the following:

“Design, Manufacture, Testing, Supply, Installation & Warranty of 30,000 Numbers 1.5 TR with 5.4 (Min) ISEER and 10,000 Numbers 1 TR with 5.8 (Min) ISEER Split Air Conditioners and other Related Works.”

The detailed scope of work for above lots is described in the Bidding Documents. Bidders may bid for one or combination or all lots.

Open Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single Stage: Two- Envelope Bidding Procedure and is open to all Bidders without nationality restrictions.
