Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose of this tender

The purpose of this tender is the establishment of up to 5 single framework contracts for a maximum duration up to 4 years each, for the Provision of fuel and car washing services for EASO in Greece, Italy, Spain, Cyprus and Malta in order to facilitate the mobility of EASO staff, deployed persons and external stakeholders, by ensuring supply of fuel with the usage of fuel cards.

Lot 1: Provision of Fuel and Car Washing Services for EASO in Greece

The overall objective of the assignment resulting from the present procurement procedure is the provision of fuel (Euro Diesel and Euro Super/Unleaded) and car washing services for EASO in Greece facilitated with the usage of fuel cards.

Lot2: Provision of Fuel and Car Washing Services for EASO in Italy

The overall objective of the assignment resulting from the present procurement procedure is the provision of fuel (Euro Diesel and Euro Super/Unleaded) and car washing services for EASO in Italy facilitated with the usage of fuel cards.

Lot 3: Provision of Fuel and Car Washing Services for EASO in Spain

The overall objective of the assignment resulting from the present procurement procedure is the provision of fuel (Euro Diesel and Euro Super/Unleaded) and car washing services for EASO in Spain facilitated with the usage of fuel cards.

Lot 4: Provision of Fuel and Car Washing Services for EASO in Cyprus
