IT Support Services for the Delegation of the European Union to Sierra Leone

Item Description:

The European Union, represented by the European Union Delegation to Sierra Leone, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework contract for the provision of IT Support Services, in accordance with the specifications set out in the procurement documents.

Subject of the Contract

The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the services in the non-exhaustive list below:

• End-User support (1st Level: i.e. restore or facilitate the restoration of normal/expected IT operations for users, with minimal business impact…)
• Technical assistance with ICT software, hardware and equipment, including IMAC actions (i.e. assist ICT users with office automation tools and other software, use of equipment…)
• Administrative assistance related to ICT (i.e. assist the Head of Administration with the calls for tender for the purchase of ICT material …)
• On call IT support services (i.e. assistance by telephone to respond to Delegation’s staff ICT urgent incidents …).

The place of performance is mainly the European Union Delegation to Sierra Leone, Leicester Peak, Freetown.
