Cedefop is one of the EU’s decentralised agencies. Founded in 1975 and based in Greece since 1995, Cedefop supports development of European vocational education and training (VET) policies and contributes to their implementation. The agency is helping the European Commission, EU Member States and the social partners to develop the right European VET policies.

The subject of this open invitation to tender is to conclude 2 framework contracts for the provision of ICT services for the development and maintenance of Cedefop applications. These services include analysis, consulting, development, maintenance and administration, technical support and project management. The first lot is related to OpenText Content Server (CS, previously called Livelink) and SharePoint and the second lot is related to the maintenance of Fibus, which is Cedefop ERP system.

Lot 1: Development and Maintenance of Applications on Open Text Content Server Platform and SharePoint

The subject of this open invitation to tender is to conclude a framework for the provision of ICT services for the contract development and maintenance of applications on OpenText Content Server and SharePoint ICT Services.Estimated person-days: 1 200 person-days over 4 years.

Lot 2: Development and Maintenance of Applications with PowerBuilder

The subject of this open invitation to tender is to conclude a framework contract for the maintenance of Fibus, which is Cedefop ERP system.Estimated person-days: 600 person-days over 4 years.
