Provision of First Aid Kits and Hygienics Kits

A-In responding to this Request for Expression of interest, you are required to submit the following documentation by the given deadline:

1- Completed vendor response form attached to this REOI:
2- A summary of your organization profile, structure and main activities ( no more than one page)
3- Evidence of supplying such items (copies of at least two prior purchase orders/ contract awards or recommendation letters form clients must be provided.

B- To respond to this Request:
The interested firms must complete the following Vendor Response Form and return it to minusma- procurement@un.org to the attention of Ms. Aminata Diadie Ba before the closing date on 17 October 2019 at 00:00 AM, Bamako local time, Mali (GMT).
MINUSMA reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest that are incomplete, incorrect, or are received after the stated deadline.
