This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) dated 16 June, 2016 and on the African Development Bank Group’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org).
The Government of the Republic of Angola has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Institutional Capacity Building for Private Sector Development Project. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the ACQUISITION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INAPEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ANGOLA.
The Ministry of Economy and Planning now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INAPEM INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ANGOLA. This International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Bank’s Rules and Procedures for Procurement of Goods and Works, May 2008 edition, revised July 2012.
