Item Description:
The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(es), and the draft contract. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Objective
The objective of this call for tender is to conclude a Framework Contract with a single contractor for Furniture supply (standard and ergonomic models) and associated services (i.e. maintenance of existing furniture, delivery services, transport services, installation and demonstration of use, workstation assessment and warranty) for EMSA’s premises located at Praça Europa 4, 1249-206, Lisbon, Portugal.
The contractor shall also provide technical assistance, including but not limited to CAD drawings, and advice upon EMSA’s request, without any additional cost.
EMSA currently has a fully furnished building and intends to replace part of its office furniture in order to meet the needs of its staff, purchase additional furniture and maintain existing furniture that will need to be repaired due to damages resulting from wear and tear.
