Item Description:
The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and the tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Purpose
The ECDC is procuring services to cover most of the agency’s IT needs: IT Operations, Software Development and IT Consultancy. The scope of this call is to implement ECDC’s IT Target Operating Model and achieve the business outcomes set thereto.
Lot 1: IT Development and Operations (DevOps) Services
The scope of this lot is: (i) IT operation services to enable ECDC to fulfil its mandate and ensure business continuity, and (ii) maintenance and development of bespoke developed applications (DevOps process). In addition, this lot covers the takeover of the existing services (specification, documentation, software, tools and related data and infrastructure where applicable) from the incumbent contractors (ECDC/2018/033 Software Development and ECDC/2018/037 IT Infrastructure).
Lot 2: IT Consultancy Services
Procurement of IT expertise to support ECDC in the areas of internal programme and project management, business analysis, IT Quality, Information Security, implementation of new/emerging technologies and customisation of commercial platforms.
