Consultants Management Platform

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the management and deployment of organisational change consultants which address the following objectives:

1. Assist in the provision of short term, quality and targeted technical support in transformation and change: alignment, consolidation, institutionalisation.
2. Facilitate the development of the supply of national and regional consultants and experts ready to provide quality technical support in a range of transformation areas (organisation change, cultural change, change management, capacity development, case studies analysis).
3. Promote and facilitate transfer of knowledge to countries (coaching, sharing tools, disseminate best practices and lessons).
4. Facilitate expertise sharing across countries stakeholders (governments, civil society implementers, private sector, development partners…)
5. Assist in effective management of consultants’ database, including the monitoring of new skills acquisition and the quality of delivery.
