Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics inLuxembourg (OIL), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. Purpose of the contract

The purpose of the contract is maintenance services that are necessary for the proper functioning of the kitchen equipment used on the various ‘Catering’ sites of the European Commission in Luxembourg. The services are divided into line items:

• line item 1: preventive maintenance,
• line item 2: curative maintenance,
• line item 3: any related services.
