The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Kigali Office) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the provision of GSM System for Mobile Communication services.
The requirement is as follows:
- Average number of the telephone subscriptions :34 post -paid .There might be an increase or decrease depending on Office’s requirements.
- Interested vendors shall be duly licensed by the Rwanda Utility Regulatory Authority (RURA).
- Network Capabilties : 3.5G/3.75G/4.G
- Services required but limited to : National Calls ;International Calls ;International Roaming;SMS ;Call Line Identifier; Call Forwarding etc…
