Provision of Services to Support Online Language Support (OLS)

Item Description:

The European Education and Culture Executive Agency, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of services to support the Online Language Support (OLS).

This call for tenders is divided into 2 lots:

• Lot 1 Core and Open learning contents;
• Lot 2 Community Management, Open Video Production, Communication/Promotion.

Tenders may be submitted for all lots. Each lot will be assessed independently of any other lot. Tenders which cover only part of one lot or are declared as being conditional on the award of any other lots are not permitted.

The services will be performed at the following locations:

– the contractor’s premises
– for meetings, conferences and visits:
European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA)
Rue Joseph II 59, 1000 Brussels

In case particular circumstances prevent any of the meetings or conferences referred to in this section to be held physically, meetings via videoconference using communication tools employed by EACEA will be envisaged instead in compliance with the provisions of the contract.
