Outsourcing of management of WHO India Projects

Item Description:

The World Health Organization (WHO), South-East Asia Regional Office (SEARO) invites expression of interest from professionally and technically qualified vendors to carry out outsourcing of the following five (5) projects for WHO Country Office for India:

1. Outsourcing of payrolling, management and administration of field monitors to be deployed across the country for WHO- India National Public Health Support Programme (NPSP) field operations
2. Hiring and Administrative Management of Rapid Response Team members (RRTs) to support COVID- 19 vaccination drive
3. Technical support to the Government of India (GoI) for Midwifery Programme through a Central Coordination Unit (CCU)
4. Outsourcing of payrolling, management and administration of TB Technical Support network (Medical and Non-medical Consultants) to be deployed across the country for WHO- India (TB) field operations in the WHO (India)
5. Outsourcing of recruitment, day-to-day administration, pay-rolling and management of field manpower for WHO- India to support the India Hypertension Control Initiative (IHCI) Project
