The European Labour Authority (ELA) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Subject of this call for tenders

The subject of this call for tenders is the provision of specialized learning and training services. The target group of these services is labour and/ social security inspectors of competent national authorities responsible for enforcement of labour mobility and social security rules. Other enforcement experts e.g. in the area of road transport and taxation may also be invited depending on the topic of the training. Where relevant, social partners organisations at national level, as well as staff of the ELA in particular national liaison officers, involved in carrying out cross-border inspections, may be invited to participate at specific activities.
