Supply and Installation of BRT Station gates, ticket entry, command center and electricity equipment

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The People’s Republic of China has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Jilin Yanji Low-Carbon Climate-Resilient Healthy City Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of BRT Station gates, ticket entry, command center and electricity equipment (Contract No.: BRT-G1). Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Instrimpex International Tendering Company (the “Procurement Agent”), authorized by and on behalf of Yanbian Airport Development and Construction Investment Co. Ltd. (“the Purchaser”) now invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders for the Goods and related services. The main equipment are:

• Sliding door system, sliding door and automatic extendable station platform equipment, Ticketing gate machine; ticketing and fare collection and fare clearing equipment, gate and ticket clearing back-end construction, integrated station management office and machine room equipment, security check equipment, etc. Integratedcontrolling system; central dispatching platform, large display screen system, network, system storage system, software development, etc. and control center interior decoration including conductive floor, power supply and distribution, all kinds of front-end equipment at the station, communication, on-board facilities, etc.; passenger information and visualization guidance system; all kinds of passenger guidance signs including light boxes, etc. and all kinds of trainings, after-sales services, spare parts and operational assurance facilities.
• The completion time of the contract within 16 months after contract signing. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the Section 6 of Bidding Documents

Open Competitive Bidding-International (OCB-International) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
