The purpose of the APW is to upgrade the WHO Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) assessment tool and website.

Objective of the RFP:

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work:
1. Creation of EVM Questionnaire mobile web application
2. Replacement of EVM Assessment Tool (PC program) by EVM Assessment Manager

3. Redesign of EVM website, rebranded as EVM Global Dashboard
4. Perform updates to assessment framework (criteria, requirements, indicators)
Each of the four components of work is described in detail in related specifications documents.
WHO is an Organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.
