Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi Development (New Model University) Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds on this financing to payment under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The University Implementation Unit (UIU) of the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (USTH) (“the Purchaser”) now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders for the supply of laboratory equipment for USTH (Package 7).
International competitive bidding (ICB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders from eligible countries as described in the bidding document.
