Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of Safety and Security Systems for the European Asylum Support Office in Malta

Item Description:

EASO needs specialised services to ensure that all security systems are fully functional in all parts of its premises, and that EASO has full control over all security systems in the building.

Lot 1: Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Safety Systems

Provision of drawings and/or a database of the core fire fighting systems and fire protection devices if requested, securing proper working of the systems as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, including on-call availability and the provision of spare parts, replacement of faulty parts, conditioning, calibrating, etc.

Lot 2: Servicing and Maintenance of Access Control Systems

Provision of drawings and/or a database of the access control systems and intercom system if requested, securing proper working of the systems as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, including on-call availability and the provision of spare parts, replacement of faulty parts, conditioning, calibrating, etc.

Lot 3: Servicing and Maintenance of IP CCTV Systems

Provision of drawings and/or a database of the IP CCTV Systems if requested, securing proper working of the systems as well as preventive and corrective maintenance, including on-call availability and the provision of spare parts, replacement of faulty parts, conditioning, calibrating, etc.
